每年的新年期望對我來說充滿正面能量，但其實我更重視平常生活中的「決議」= 做或不做的決定 ☝🏽🧨
無論1月1日或任何一天，最寶貴的時間還是現在，最重要的一步還是下一步👣
對我而言 最累最難的一直以來是「做決定」，因為我心裡的小孩想要的是「全部」
但人生的美麗在於 一旦做了選擇，接受了犧牲，此時就會感受內在的和平。 因為決定了，接下來走的路才掌握在自己的手中，成為自己的責任，自己的權力
如果世界上有你不同意的問題，那就讓它成為「你」的問題吧！如果你希望事情改變，但不承擔任何責任，該如何更改？
親愛的大家
我們繼續迎接學習與成長的新年！
我期待看我們人人 未來繼續一步一步「覺悟」原本一直已存在我們面前，周圍和內在的能量與價值👼🏼🥂

I don’t really believe in New Years resolutions, but I do care about daily resolutions - DECISIONS to do or not do.
No matter if January 1st or any other day, the only time that is important is NOW, and the only step you can take is the next.
For me the hardest part in life has always been “making a decision”. My ego usually doesn’t want to decide, it wants it all.
But the thing is, once you make a choice and accept the sacrifices, it brings peace. The path is now in YOUR hands, YOUR responsibility, and your POWER.
“If there are things in this world you want to be different, make them YOUR problem. How can you change anything if you don’t make it part of your own responsibility..?”
So dear all... Cheers to another year of learning and growing, and mostly REALIZING what has always been in front of you, around you and within you. 🥂
